Closure by CLY88: CLY88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• The member has violated any term stated in this document.
• Fraudulent, manipulative, or suspicious activity has been detected by our system.
• The member has failed to complete the KYC process within the specified timeframe.
• CLY88 is required to do so by any relevant regulatory body or court order.

12Terms Amendment
